Many contractors, including mine default to fiberglass for insulation. But should one really use it? If you like this post, please heart, comment or share.

I'm cautious about anything that looks fake, as it can sometimes seem like it's trying to trick you into thinking it's harmless. Take, for example, the ubiquitous pink fiberglass batts that look like cotton candy. Fiberglass is one of the most common and widely used insulation materials. However whimsical something appears, it's crucial not to be misled by its appearance and examine whether it is a genuinely safe and effective choice.
